Favourite UNRELEASED Michael Jackson Songs

The following is a top 3 list of some of the many songs currently unreleased by American recording artist Michael Jackson. There are also links to where you can find these tracks and listen to them.

*NOTE- Some of the demo's chosen are low in quality or short in total length*

NUMBER THREE - ON THE LINE

"On the Line" is a song co-written and produced by Babyface. Michael Jackson performs the track and is also credited in its writing (on the writing credits of The Ultimate Collection). It was originally recorded by Jackson for the Spike Lee movie Get on the Bus (1996), but it was not featured on the soundtrack. The full-length version of the song was released on November 16, 2004 as an album track of his limited edition box set The Ultimate Collection.

The main reason that I chose this song for my top 3 is because of the type of song it is. It reminds me of the classic MJ ballads he has released in his career including ''Man In The Mirror'' and ''Earth Song''.

Below is a link to a YouTube video of the entire song -

NUMBER TWO - IF YOU DON'T LOVE ME

It was worked on with Bill Bottrell during the Dangerous sessions, but was described by Bottrell as "a bit of an orphan" for the project. It had been scheduled for release on a shelved special edition of the Dangerous album and it was leaked online in the early 2000's.
The main reason that I chose this song for my Top 3 is because of how upbeat it is. It was interesting to hear this as it is not normally what Michael would do. But to be honest neither is Beat It or Dirty Diana but they work.

NUMBER ONE - CHEATER

Cheater is an upbeat rock anthem originally intended for Michael's 1987 album 'Bad' but was later shelved. It was also rumoured to be featured on the tracklist for the 1991 album ''Dangerous'' but again was dropped from the project. It was finally officially released on the extremely limited edition of Michael's 2004 boxset 'The Ultimate Collection'. The main reason I chose this song is the same reason as I chose 'If You Don't Love Me' as it's also upbeat and rock.
